Agricultural, Animal and Vet Sciences – Career Expo

Ironwood Institute was delighted to participate in the inaugural Agricultural, Animal and Vet Sciences – Career Expo, at Urrbrae Agricultural High School.  Urrbrae and Food and Fibre Education SA collaborated to deliver this event to promote the many and diverse careers which are available in the agricultural, animal sciences and horticultural sector to an audience of 400 students.  Over 40 different providers showcased the diversity of tertiary and trade careers and job opportunities available in South Australia.

Ironwood extends collaboration with the University of Chandigarh, India

Ironwood Institute is delighted to announce an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed with Chandigarh University, India.

The MoU was signed at the Government of South Australian Department of Trade, Tourism and Investment office in Adelaide, in the presence of Mr. Peter Klar, the Director of International Education & Tourism.

The Vice-Chancellor of Chandigarh University, Prof. (Dr.) Rajinder Singh Bawa and the Joint Registrar and Deputy Director, International Relations, Prof. (Dr.) Rajan Sharma came to Adelaide on the invitation of Ironwood Institute’s CEO, Mr Navtej Bal, after his visit to their campus earlier this year.

Graduation at Ironwood

Monday the 14th May saw the first graduation of students from the Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership and Graduate Diploma of Agribusiness at Ironwood Institute.  Students have joined the Masters of Business Administration (advanced) at Torrens and the Masters of Global Food and Agricultural Business at the University of Adelaide or gone on to pursue other career options.  Well done to all!
