Course Description
Ironwood’s Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership is designed to give students with a wide range of undergraduate qualifications the managerial skills to apply knowledge in a range of strategic leadership and management roles. They will learn to use cognitive skills to review, critically analyse, consolidate and use knowledge, in order to generate ideas and provide solutions to complex problems.

At Ironwood, this course will be delivered over 1 year (52 weeks). This takes into account 40 weeks of full time study, a break period of 12.

The scheduled contact study hours per week are 20 hours per week for 40 weeks amounting to 800 hours (40 weeks x 20 hours per week), this will be achieved by scheduling classes for 3 days per week over a 40-week period. The scheduled self-study hours per week are 15 hours per week for 40 weeks amounting to 600 hours.
