STEP 1 Choose your course
Choose the course you would like to study from the Course Information section.
STEP 2 Check entry requirements
Ensure that you meet the eligibility requirements of the course you have chosen. Entry requirements for the range of courses on offer are detailed on our website. Evidence of academic and English language requirements must be attached to your application. You will need to submit certified true copies of all documents with your application. These documents must be in English or certified English translated copy if in any other language.
STEP 3 Check eligibility
For Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Credit Transfer (CT). Based on your previous relevant academic qualifications and work experience you may be eligible for RPL or CT. This will shorten the length of your course and may reduce the course fee. If this were the case, it may have an impact on your visa and you need to check the implications of this with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection.
STEP 4 Lodge an Application
Download an application form or apply online at www.ict.edu.au/ict-online-application. You can also obtain an application form from our registered education agents or the Ironwood campus. The application form lists the documents you need to submit.

Please follow the instructions on the Letter of Offer, and pay tuition fees and other related information.
STEP 6 Letter of Offer
If your application for enrolment is successful, you will receive a letter of offer stating the full details of the course you have been accepted in, tuition and other fees to be paid, mode of payment, course commencement dates and information on overseas student health cover (OSHC). You will also receive an Offer Acceptance and Student Agreement form with full details on fee, refund policy and your right and obligations.

STEP 8 Fees Payment
To accept the offer you will be required to pay an initial deposit for the CoE. It will include tuition fee and other fees such as application fee, overseas health cover, material fees and uniform or equipment fees as needed. The Overseas Health Cover (OSHC) is mandatory. The Australian government requires international students to take out OSHC for the duration of the student visa. ICT OSHC provider is AHM.
